步驟一:深入了解需求, 全面溝通
這包括與人事,培訓學員的會議洽談、工作觀察、需求調查。讓我們對您的公司有一個完整全面的了解,包括公司業務需要,企業性質和員工的英語水平。這個階段通常需花費3個工作日的時間。
Step One: Needs Analysis
Three working days will be spent in observing and understanding your business processes and analyzing the specific needs of your staff. Meetings will be held and surveys will be done for a complete and comprehensive needs analysis.
步驟二:方案設計
美聯國際英語的學術團隊將按照您公司的需求設計一個完整的培訓課程,涉及到定制特別的英語教學材料(課本教材,電腦化材料)。一般來說這要進行1周。在此過程中,我們會不斷地與您溝通,以達到讓您最滿意的效果。
Step Two: Course Design
The Research & Development Team of Meten International English will design a complete training course including equally high standard learning materials (Textbooks and Handouts) according to your needs. We will communicate with you constantly to guarantee your satisfaction with the course contents.
步驟三:學員的水平測試
美聯國際英語會在課程實施前對所有受訓人員作一個訓前水平測試,把學員編制成恰當水平的班級,確保我們的方案設計和課程傳遞能有效的確實符合實際需要地進行。
Step Three: English Level Test
An English Proficiency Test will be performed to determine the course level to be assigned to your staff. This is to ensure that our programs and course designs are in line with actual needs.
步驟四:方案的實施
美聯國際英語的專業培訓師到實地或者異地爲您的企業和員工進行企業英語培訓,或者您的員工到我們在全國各地的學校接受培訓。重點針對您的需要,方案目標高度明確,實時有效地提高學員的英語水平。
Step Four: The Implementation of the Program
We provide onsite training and in-class training all handled by professional trainers of Meten International English. We have training centers in most of the key cities in China and whether you choose onsite training or in-class training for your staff our objective is to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
步驟五:考核評估
課程結束時,我們將對課程中所涵蓋的語言點進行測試。如果是以口語爲主的課程,我們還要對學員進行 1 對 1 的口語測試,最後我們將下列資料上交給培訓主管:
1. 完整的出勤記錄
2. 課程報告(包括學員的個人報告)
3. 家庭作業的完成情況
4. 課前和課後的測試分數
這些記錄詳細地記載和表明學生的學習情況,從而使人事部/培訓部對員工的本次培訓能很好的評估和作出判斷,從而也反映了我們以"責任"爲核心的培訓價值取向。
Step Five: Evaluation
At the end of the course, an examination on the language points covered in the training will be carried out. If the course was specifically focused on spoken English training, we will perform a one-to-one test on trainee’s spoken English.
The following training documentation will be submitted to the company’s Human Resource Training and Development Officer:
1. Attendance record
2. Evaluation Report (including the trainees’ own reports)
3. Completed Homework
4. Test scores of trainees before and after class
These detailed records showing the trainees’ progress will help HR Training and Development Officers to evaluate the training and make decisions accordingly. These records also represent one of Meten International’s core values: Responsibility.

在培訓前,美聯會對您公司的每一位員工進行水平測試,我們會按照測試結果對他們分班,同一級別的人在同一個班級,而且使用不同的教學材料,讓他們學習起來更有自信。
Each employee will be asked to undergo placement test which will determine the class level he or she should join. Each level provides different course studies and different teaching materials. This kind of categorizing makes them more confident when learning English.
